What we've learned.
What buyers in this vertical consistently get wrong — and what we have actually seen in production.
Observation · 01
Embroidery on hi-vis is a REGULATORY question, not just an aesthetic one — ANSI class compliance requires the safety chest area to remain unobstructed. DTF is required for compliant chest logos on hi-vis.
Observation · 02
Lightweight cotton fails on jobsites within a season. 6oz+ blends are the minimum for crews running daily wash cycles.
Observation · 03
Hat brims on a construction crew take more abuse than the body. Order the harder structured cap, not the soft-front trucker — unless the trucker is the brand choice.

Hi-vis & ANSI
Class 2 and Class 3 hi-vis tees, long sleeves, hoodies, and rain jackets. We stock the most common silhouettes year-round and embroider or DTF (Direct-to-Film) the company logo without compromising the reflective tape.
- Class 2 + Class 3 stock items
- Logo placement maps approved before printing
- Reflective tape integrity preserved

Heavyweight work tees
6oz+ cotton and cotton-poly tees that don't fall apart after a season. DTF prints survive the jobsite — sun, sweat, and industrial wash. Tall sizes available across most cuts.

Embroidered company shirts
Pique polos and woven button-downs for the foreman, sales, and the office. Embroidered logo at left chest, optional name patch at right chest. We hold your digitized art file so reorders are one click.

Hats & headwear
Trucker hats, cuffed beanies, and structured caps. Embroidery is the standard for caps; DTF works well for color-heavy art on beanies.

FAQ
Frequently asked.
Short answers to the questions buyers in this industry ask first.
Are your hi-vis garments actually ANSI rated?+
Yes. We stock ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class 2 and Class 3 garments and ship with the manufacturer's rating documentation if your safety officer needs it.
Will printing or embroidery void the ANSI rating?+
Not if it's done correctly. We follow approved logo-placement maps that preserve the minimum required reflective area. We will not run a job that compromises the rating — and we'll flag it before we accept the PO.
Do you carry tall and big-and-tall sizes?+
Yes. LT through 4XLT are stocked across most heavyweight tees, hoodies, and work shirts. Tall hi-vis is available on most Class 2 silhouettes.
What's the realistic turnaround for a 12-person new-hire kit?+
5 business days on stocked blanks with embroidery, 3 business days for DTF prints. Rush 48hr available for an additional fee.
Can we get net-30 billing?+
Yes — after a single paid order on a credit card, we'll move you to net-30. Larger fleets can negotiate net-45 or monthly invoicing.
