Can you really turn a 500-shirt order in a week?+
Yes — DTF (Direct-to-Film) on a stocked blank, no embroidery, art approved by Monday EOD. We hold press capacity for event work every week.
What's the minimum?+
There is no minimum. We've printed 10-shirt fundraisers and 10,000-shirt corporate 5Ks on the same press in the same week.
Can we add sponsors to the back of the shirt at the last minute?+
Yes, up to about 72 hours before ship date. We re-prep the back art file and reprint that side without redoing the front.
Do you provide day-of replenishment?+
Yes for local events. We can hold reserve stock at our facility and run an emergency batch if your bib pickup goes over forecast. Talk to us at quote time about a day-of plan.
Can you ship size-run packs?+
Yes. We pack by size and quantity per box and label the outside so registration tables don't have to dig. Common packs: S–XL even split, or custom ratios you send us.
