How a typical school season runs

Mid-July: rosters finalize and we lock the uniform spec. August: fit kits ship to coaches. Pre-season: full team order arrives. In-season: spirit-wear drops every 2–4 weeks via the online store. Postseason: championship gear printed and shipped within 72 hours.

Do you really charge nothing for color changes?+

Correct. DTF (Direct-to-Film) and embroidery run flat per piece. Adding a second school color, swapping ink, or changing the garment color does not add to your per-shirt price.

Can we collect roster sizes online?+

Yes. We give coaches a private link where every athlete enters their size, name, and number. The team order lands in one combined PO with everything routed correctly.

Are you school-PO friendly?+

Yes. We accept district POs, AP invoicing, and net-30 terms for schools and booster clubs. W-9 on file, ready to submit.

Can boosters run a fundraiser through OTIA?+

Yes. We open a private storefront in your colors, parents order direct, and the booster club gets a check post-window. You set the markup, we handle production and shipping.

What's the rush turnaround for championships?+

72 hours for in-stock blanks with a previously digitized logo. We hold press capacity for postseason runs every fall and winter.
